Design your own fingerboard deck, mold and shaper
Set the shape with parametric controls and a live 3D preview. Studio cuts the matching press mold and shaper from that same shape, as STL files, free to 3D print or CNC.
Your deck design drives the mold and the shaper
Both come off the same shape, so changing the concave or the wheelbase changes all three parts.
Deck
Dimensions, kicks, outline, concave and truck holes. The preview is the real solid rather than a drawing, so the shape you see is the shape in the file.
Mold
Two halves that close on your veneer stack, with your deck's own surface as the cavity. Bolt them together and the mold clamps itself, or use the press version and supply the pressure with an external tool.
Shaper
A solid block with the same contour, used as a router template. Screw it flat to the bench, mount a pressed blank on top and run a flush trim bit around the block to cut the outline.
