Diameter of the conical screw-head recess at the deck surface. Match your screw's head: a DIN 965 M2 head is ~3.8 mm.
How deep the head recess sinks into the deck. Set to 0 for no countersink (a plain through-hole).
Flatten the deck underside at each truck mount so baseplates sit flush.
Bolt: two halves joined with bolts through alignment holes. Press: halves pressed together, aligned by an external tool resting on the form's end platforms.
Length of the shaped form. Must be at least as long as the deck; the press type adds alignment platforms beyond this.
Width of the raised form block that presses the veneer stack.
Diameter of the holes the bolts pass through to join the two halves. Separate from the truck holes below.
Number of bolts along the length (doubled across the width for two rows).
Diameter of the truck-mounting holes drilled through both mold halves. Set to 0 to omit the holes.
On: the end platforms meet when the mold closes, a hard stop that caps the pressed deck at its target thickness (cut blanks no longer than the form). Off: the platforms float a deck-thickness apart, so you press by feel and can go thinner.
How the mold looks in the preview. Nothing you export carries it.
Which mold half's shape the shaper top carries. Top: the inverted deck-top surface, cradling the deck face-down (the female / top-mold sense). Bottom: the upright deck surface, cradling it face-up (the male / bottom-mold form). Rocker: the Bottom form on a two-plane base, so you rock it onto each kick and the bit cuts the kick edges square.
Height of the solid shaper block, with the deck's male contour carved on top.
Diameter of the truck-mounting holes drilled through the shaper block. Set to 0 to omit the holes.
Shrink the shaper's outline by this much while its top keeps your deck's exact shape. For trimming against a spacer, like a disc-sander jig, that adds the distance back.
Add countersunk screw holes through each kick so the shaper can be screwed flat to a workbench. The N/T orientation marks move to the waist when this is on.
Shank-clearance diameter of the bench screws that pass through each kick.
Head-recess diameter for the bench screws' countersunk heads.
Included angle of the bench-screw head recess.
How deep the bench-screw heads sink into the shaper top.
Scoop a finger-sized notch into each rail wall at the waist, so a fingertip can get under the edge of the pressed deck and lift it off the shaper.
