On Hold8THREE8 is a U.S. fingerboard brand focused on handmade wooden fingerboard decks. Retailer listings describe the decks as USA-made, handmade, and released in limited-time drops with bold graphic and split-ply/abalone-style designs, suggesting a small independent maker with drop-based releases rather than a full-line company shop.
